A braided celtic cable adorns this simple-yet-elegant holiday stocking. The braid panel is worked flat and joined into a ring, then the body of the stocking is worked in the round.

Yarn Requirements: worsted-weight yarn, approx 400 yds

Gauge: 22 sts/24 rnds = 4" in stockinette st on size 5 (3.75mm) ndls
Difficulty: intermediate
Size: leg length = 16", foot length = 11.5", circumference = 11.5"
