This yarn is named Mount Hood. I was asked to make a yarn that reminded me of Mount Hood by knitwear designer Chrissy Gardiner. I just loved the colorway so much that I had to offer it in my shop.

The yarn is soft and silky. The combination of soft merino and silky silk make for an incredible yarn to knit with. It would be perfect for hats, scarves, mittens, felted bags or anything else that calls for a worsted weight yarn.

This worsted weight yarn is 60% Merino wool & 40% Silk. It is hand washable. It will felt if it is machine washed. There is 4 oz (114 grams) and 240 yards. Recommended needle size: 7-9US.
